Why did you change it? This review is for the app, not the product which is great, I want to make that perfectly clear. So two issues here... 1. having to login again when you want to get through your door because the app has failed 2. Why on earth have you used black text boxes on a black background. When you are outside trying to reload your app and enter in SMS codes YOU CANNOT SEE THEM!! I used another entrance with a key. Poor update.

i have been using bold locks for 5 years, best thing i did. started with one door, niw all my house doors have them. i recommend anyone whos looking for smart locks to buy them.

I have the same problem like another person which wrote that he is standing in front of his door and is trying to open it, but nothing happens. Sometimes I'm standing for minutes in front of my door and try to unlock it with the fear that I won't get in. Sometimes I get the message Bluetooth error, but there is no issue with my Bluetooth. It's really annoying. I'm also at the point that I might return it. What use has a keyless lock if the mechanism doesn't work.
