Ratings and reviews

Extremely poor experience. The payable amount kept changing with small edits in item value. There is no transparency. The delivery pickup was delayed by nearly 50 minutes. Customer support is just a bot with no real help—chat closes quickly if you have specific issues. Tracking didn’t update for a long time; I had to call the delivery partner myself. Will delete the app once my parcel is delivered.

Delivery experience is horrible, delivery person has gone to different location which is 10km away from delivery location, not sure whose mistake it is... delivery guy or the app. Then I gave him a nearby location to help him to complete his task. I tried to appreciate his efforts, but still, During the delivery, that delivery guy shouted on me like anything.. when I checked his mobile, it showed the correct delivery location, but still he has gone to different area.. really a bad experience...

Terrible app. They are scammers. They exploit their riders and also over charge the customers. I had to cancel an order and they gave me a 40 rupee penalty which was understandable. But the next the i got a call from the rider saying that Borzo had blocked his ID for 3 hours and he couldn't take orders even though it wasn't his fault. I dont understand why you would put a penalty on your customer and also punish your riders when they did nothing. I'm very unhappy and disappointed.

There's always room for improvement. Only the room is our app, which we have improved today. Again.
