To read out data from the heating system, you need the EasyService app and the 'Smart Service Key' service tool from Bosch.

The call is chargeable: from national mobile networks max. € 0.60 / call. An internet connection is required to send data and display the waiting time. This can result in additional costs depending on your operator contract.

After the first download, you can call up EasyContact directly or via the dedicated apps. To do this, click e.g. in the side menu of the EasyService app from Bosch and select the Contact menu item. You will now be redirected to EasyContact.
