Brave starts out pretty great. Whenever I get a new phone and redownload it for the first time, it succeeds in being the perfect ad blocker but after a few months, it stops blocking the ads and pop ups and no matter what I do, I can never fix it, which is the only reason I use it to begin with. I really love using it but I wish it was consistent.

Happy with the turn on option of the multiple blocking of pop-ups coming from various countries (wording as the language spoken in the country, ie. Chinese, Russian, etc....). It is so annoying to search for something benign as a recipe and constant pop-ups repeated appear while you're viewing ingredient list. I have had to literally close out the annoying pop-ups over and over again without even quickly looking as the ingredient list because pop-ups appear that rapidly.

I've been really happy with Brave and have been using it for more than 3 years, exclusively. it is fast, efficient and provides another level of security and privacy. word of caution: if you're trying to download something or fill in certain forms, brave is very protective and might interfere due to trackers or 3rd party or some other shenanigans. Just tap the Lion head, drop your shield, do what you need to do, and raise the shield again. so easy even a 62 year old can do it!

What's new
