Contacted support for a password length issue, that was weeks ago, so far they haven't fixed it, they said they'd transfer me to another agent to find a way to change my password but they never contacted me again. Had to find it on my own. 1 star stays. Horrendous technical support, I'll stay in GBM+

Too slow (when it feels like opening). I've been trying to log in from my phone for a MONTH and all I get is: "System not available, please try again later" at any time.

Concepts are clear, buying and selling is easy. But the App is very very slow.
