confused. does not work on samsung s8 running android 9 - hangs on splash screen asking me to log in to bbc which i have done. restarted, logged out, reinstalled. what else can i try?

Reply to BBC below.New Account Button still gives child access to You Tube despite being signed into his account. He selects account icon selects me despite pin lock being set in main iplayer app. He selects use diffetent BBC account. He selects more help signing in. He selects BBC Sounds which prompts him to install BBC Sounds. He accesses a playstore page & You Tube trailers. He finds material on You Tube that gets him overstimulated like logo reels. It took 20mins after I gave games back.

Terrific (!) The Block Builder game doesn't even work! Instead, when I clicked on something, the app froze, sound was still there, but the app froze. I even saw the advert, but the Block Builder game didn't work. Please fix this issue, and maybe I will consider getting back the app again. My one star review will stand. It also isn't a specific CBeebies character Block Builder game that doesn't work, that happens for all of them. Cause all the other games, WORK?!
