About this app

CCC ONE® Staff Appraiser enables insurance appraisers to capture photos and vehicle information using an Android device, and wirelessly synchronize the information with CCC ONE Estimating.

To log-in to CCC ONE™ Staff Appraiser you will need:
- An active CCC ONE Estimating license for an insurance appraiser
- A valid CCC ONE user name and password
- Access to Cloud Attachment functionality in CCC ONE Estimating

Ratings and reviews

The Repair Facility app is much better. The staff appraiser app will not allow you to upload photos from your library, snaps the VIN picture either way too quickly causing it to be blurry/glitched and often has photos get stuck in the outbox with no way to force them through. I've called tech support numerous times about the photos getting stuck in the outbox and the current solution is to take a picture of the picture with my other phone and send it to myself since I can't screenshot the app.

Works every time. Uploads pictures right to CCC and because my Galaxy 9 takes better pictures than a camera it also helps expedite the photo processing.

Locks up all the time. Doesn't accept pictures. Errors all the time. Needs major work New review. App did an update and now can only add 1/2 the amount of pictures before the update. Need to fix
