This app doesn't work most of the time. Just like most other things with CCC, they've thrown a half baked piece of software out there and never spend the time to make it work correctly. For the largest collision estimating software company, this is both disappointing and infuriating. DO BETTER CCC!!

Android user. After completing evaluation, I cannot upload due to problem uploading photos. App needs to work so we can process files. Please fix. Was searching for version 1.1.11 but can only find 1.1.12

Android user. Cannot use app at all. Let's me select my shop but after that, nothing. Doesn't work at all. Needs to be fixed, insurance carriers require the use of this app and can't get my work done.
