CIC ONLINE BANKING: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, CARD, INSURANCE & STOCK MARKETS

With the CIC mobile banking app, you can securely manage all your CIC products: account and budget, bank card, loan, life insurance, savings, stock market, ETF investments, PEA (Share-In Savings Plan) savings accounts, and more. You can also receive our anti-fraud alerts and notifications directly on your mobile.

Your CIC banking app connects you to your customer area so you can carry out your transactions securely. From the CIC remote banking app, you can:

- View and manage your balance and banking transactions (current account, savings accounts, and securities accounts)
- Send a transfer order between your CIC accounts or to your registered beneficiaries
- Categorize your expenses to manage your budget
- Change your payment limit or block your CIC card (Mastercard, Visa)

MY FIRST CIC YOUTH ACCOUNT for ages 12 and up
With their account and payment card, your teen can receive money, manage their budget, or create a digital piggy bank. While parents can:

Ratings and reviews

The APP should send the confirmation code to 2 numbers simultaneously (I register one number in France and one number when I live abroad for 6 months). Otherwise I need to go to the CIC BANK before leaving the country each time. At the moment It's impossible to change from one number to the other on-line when you're out of the Country, because the confirmation of the change goes back to the original number which is not accessable if you're out of the country. Additional confirmation to an E Mail address woud also solve this problem.

Terrible. Everything is written in French. Since I speak English and German but not French it is a nightmare using my computer plus a mobile phone to prove my identity when I don't understand the directions. Since the CIC wants to attract English people they should make it easy by giving the choice of English right at the start.

La description indique aucune collection de données, mais la première chose que demande l'application est de valider une politique de collecte de données qui inclut situation maritale, emploi, ... Pouvez-vous corriger la description de l'app ? The description states the app does not collect data, but the first thing the app does is have you validate data collection policy that includes family,job, ... This is misleading! Can we report this so that the app description is corrected?
