hidden fees avoid this type of middleman they charge more then what they say they charge by volumetric weight and forcefully package your items in massive boxes so the fee increases and they take ages the service is terrible and slow and all the same responses they have ready

my order was not as described. they refused to cancel and refund me. Never ordering again.
