it's easy to use the app if you have advanced notice. but the people who answer the phones seem to be fired and hired new every day. they never know what to do. I was told by insurance to call if my appointment is less than 24 hours, but if you call and it's under 24 hours they will not give you the ride. some places call at last minute. it's BS, cuz I drive Uber/Lyft and pick people up all the time. there's no advanced appointments. it's done in 5 min or less. work it to your advantage though.

Just call in to book your reservations! I booked mine 7 days in advance on the app. Now, here we are 3 days before my appointment and the status of the reservation says "pending". I've called CTC and gave them the trip ID number from the app and they're saying that the trip pretty much doesn't even exist. it's as if I never booked the trip. With their policy being that you have to book a trip 5 days in advance, I may have to miss my appointment now. Never using this app again!

This app used to be great, but after several updates, it has gone downhill. I book a trip seeing it's listed on my account, but when I call customer service which goes to several transfers before call the car is reached, I found out more than twice now that my schedule had not been received. I am not confident to get a ride until I talk to a live agent which makes the app useless.
