4/1/26: app logged me out after update & now I can't log in. Not receiving requested OTP—I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, checked SMS/permissions, checked spam, made sure my service carrier isn't blocking messages from the app, & tried uninstalling & reinstalling—still no OTP. And my financial institution explicitly says they do not have the ability to request a "reset the registration attempt" or "re-enable access" in their system. Basically, there's no customer service for this app.

I locked my card with this App, now it won't open because of some internal error so my card is locked until they fix the problem with the App. DO NOT DONWNLOAD THIS APP. Its more trouble than HELP!! Do not download this App It Is A SCAM!!!!!!

it's saying it has an internal error and try again later but it was also saying that 12 hours ago
