I've never been able to use this App at all. it keeps saying I'm not allowed to log in mobile or something like that. I can use the website just fine. I called customer support for the app but I didn't get any help. they did help me with the website though and my wait was pretty short. I am rating the app only here. it has never worked and I've been locked out before I ever used it.

won't let me log into my own account been doing it for about decade,all of a sudden trytologin and says can't login on this account!makes no sense and nothing was changed

As a senior QA Analyst this app is pretty pathetic and the customer support is even worse. Customer Service hold times are atrocious. Was there any testing done at all or was this just thrown together in an hour?
