I really, REALLY hate when I get suckered into downloading something that's presented as a free app, only to find that you have to pay to use the "free" app. Sure you'll get a free trial most times, but they're relying on the fact that almost all of us will not cancel before the trial ends for whatever reason... And to go from "free" to $40 bucks a month for something that may or may not even work.... Naw... I'm good.

Hi! Kindly note that if you take a trial - to avoid charges for the next billing period, users should cancel all the trials and subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you're having any difficulties with cancelling your subscription, please reach us at support@cardimate.com so we can send the relevant instructions. Cheers!

What a nightmareI have been trying to cancel this for 3 months.I just did the one day trial, and it's horrible. You cannot cancel it even when I did my cancellation email. They do not respond, they will not answer their phone. Buyer Beware. I finally was able to get the credit card canceled, and this subscription ended. Unless you need your blood pressure checked every hour, I'd recommend using a manual one for this price.

I opened the app for the first time and it offered me a pay now option or a free trial option, to which I immediately said NOPE, and hit the X at the top of the screen. It did not close, but took me to the app, where I could begin entering what I'm assuming is my health info. I never agreed to a free trial and billing beginning after 3 days, and I better not find it charged to my Google account, or billed by any other means, and if you have it set up to automatically do that, shame on you.

Hi! Kindly note that we don't force you to pay for the app: you can always access it for free by closing the subscription banner (there's an "x" icon there). If you need help with that, please contact us at support@cardimate.com for further assistance.
