When it does work, it's good. But it hardly ever works properly. For an international brand, you'd think they could put a bit more money into their app to make it reliable. Surely the staff at Cardo use their product and know how painful it is. The intercoms are great, but the app really let's them down. I've used Cardo for 5 years and the app has always been unreliable.

Deceptive practices + app fails to save audio settings App says that my unit (Spirit) is not up to date whenever I connect, and insists it cannot update the unit without creating an account. As soon as I created an account it shows the unit is up to date. Literally a second after. Wild. The only reason I cared to try updating was that it changes the volume wildly up and down, regardless of audio setting I've tried. I've followed all guides and support threads and it just won't stop. Returning.

Just like all of the others, won't connect only through the app. On top of that the instructions to put the phone into pairing mode just shuts it off haha. I'm not visiting your site for "Technical Support" when your app doesn't know how the headset works. What a waste of money. My Sena still works perfectly after 5 years. I shouldn't have switched.
