This app is a nightmare. My debit card is always locked when not in use, and every time I try to unlock or lock it, the app crashes about 90% of the time. It usually takes at least 3 attempts, sometimes 5, just to get it to work. Completely unacceptable—especially when you’re stuck at the register trying to pay and people are behind me.

UPDATE: THIS IS STILL GOING ON! PLEASE STOP SAYING "We've logged you out due to inactivity" ALL THE TIME. The fact that I'm at the login screen already tells me that. It's even more ridiculous when I stopped using the app hours or even a day ago and it still says it. It adds no value and makes things worse by adding an unnecessary step to logging in. There is no way to hit "back" to log out like there used to be so there is no way to avoid it.

This is might more aimed at towards Carter than just the app. They need to improve their online banking to be more accurate. You can use your debit card for something, and it will immediately show up in your online banking less than a minute or so after. However, a day or so later, the transaction date and posted dates will finally show, and they're not even close to being accurate. So, good luck trying to possibly match receipts or anything with your online banking. Quite ridiculous actually.
