First Name Last Name
I have had no system crashes or refusals. The Stuart voice is the highest quality offline voice I can find on Play right now. The only issue I have is that these voices are bad at detecting and reading out acronyms. For example, it will read out "RGMII" as "Rigmee". Frankly, that is not a deal breaker for me, and the quality is well worth the $1ish price, so I will continue for now.

Weird that a demo app to choose a voice to purchase would limit you to the number of voices you can demo. Also, only one of the two voices I purchased works in my phone's TTS engine. Jack is silent, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Amy works though. In any case, this is a worthwhile replacement when you can no longer use Ivona Voice.

All voices available in the app can be tested before purchase using the voice demo. If you're experiencing issues with the Jack CereVoice, contact us at "info@cereproc.com" to get support. We can provide you a Jack voice installer which will allow for the voice to be used independently from the CerePlay app. Thanks. Ewan Donaldson.

The voices are by far the best I've heard on the market, so I bought one. It shows only in their app: it doesn't install without a license key, which isn't provided - not in the app, not on your account on their website, not on any email receipt. You can't ask for a refund as it doesn't appear in the Play Store. Was only 99¢, live and learn.

You aren't able to use app purchases externally, because the purchase is handled by Google Play. Therefore, we have tied all app purchases to Google Play rather than our website. When a purchase is made, you should receive an email from Google confirming this, where you can request a refund. You can contact us at "info@cereproc.com" for more info.
