The ChargePoint Installer App enables certified electricians to complete the installation, setup, and service for homeowners and commercial station owners. The Installer App is supported on the ChargePoint® Home Flex (CPH50), CPF50, CP6000 AC, and Express Plus DC EVSE charging stations.

Keeps crashing on open. The app worked fine until this week. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Unable to program customers chargers

can't actually service the hone charger, after scanning the qr it just says the charger can't be serviced in the app. worthless.

app just crashes, cannot install the charger! tried on different phones and nothing works.
