This is the worst ticket booking app I have ever used. The app is full of glitches, payments get deducted but tickets don’t get confirmed, and customer support is completely useless. Every time there is an issue, they take forever to respond and provide no proper solution. Totally unreliable and frustrating – I would never recommend this app to anyone.

This app is Not very user friendly. After Scanning the QR code on the bus * I was not able to enter Route Number. (Multiple Attempts) *Was unable to enter originating stop . *Was unable to enter Destination stop. *Data of the Buses are missing. (Nothing was shown in the map) Instead of typing the Originating and Destination stops some sort of List Of stops must be displayed. Typing in a Moving bus cause so many typos. Got really frustrated to use this app. 0/10 Experience Really ! 👎

Absolutely pathetic app! Money gets deducted but no ticket confirmation, customer care is a joke, and the whole system feels like a scam. Every time I use it, there’s some problem – either endless errors, wrong details, or hours of waiting with zero help. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time or money on this useless app!
