Chubb® Auto Mobile Estimate App – The Chubb® Auto Mobile Estimate App will help expedite your claim by allowing you to upload images regarding your recent claim and promptly receive an estimate. The App will guide you through the steps needed to capture the pictures of your vehicle’s damage and submit them for review. The App will allow you to achieve all of this without having to drive to a repair facility or leaving the comfort of your home.

It took several time to use this app. Each time I pressed the link sent to my phone, the app would install. But once I read and accepted the terms of the app. The program gave me a message "Unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again" After several attempts over the past few days, I receiver a reminder notice and I was able to proceed and complete the claim. Other than the initial problems, I found the app to be pretty cool.

In bright Sunshine it was hard to see the outline and the photo that I wanted to take. I was not able to get my phone to go into landscape mode therefore I was not able to take the video

It says to do a video to speed up process but it wont let me do the video. It freezes on the "turn phone horizontally" part. Will retry another time
