Please do not spend your money trying to rent a movie from this app. When I finally found a way to actually get a movie to play on my TV, the absolute best we could get was 480p. I ended up having to rent the movie a second time from YouTube where it worked flawlessly. Cineplex - if you're going to offer a product, please make it functional. As is, it feels like you're stealing money for something that's unusable. I promise you, no Cineplex employees use this store.

New app still doesn't allow casting to TV directly from the app. It does now have both 10 seconds forward and backward buttons, but I'm annoyed that the new app doesn't have the ability to download for offline viewing. I bought a movie - I should be able to watch it without an internet connection. Please add that capability.

This app is horrid. I hate that cineplex moved to this platform. The app won't let me turn off closed captions, even after restarting, uninstalling etc. We have to log in and out a few times to get it to even show our movies that's we paid for using points(dumbest thing they did was take it away,bring back that option) Just a world of problems
