About this app

Cl@ve is a system to electronically identify yourself in relations with Public Administrations.

If you are not registered in Cl@ve, you can register from this APP.
If you are registered in Cl@ve, you can activate this device with your DNI/NIE by means of an SMS or with your electronic certificate.

Once activated, from this APP you can confirm the authentication requests with Cl@ve Móvil and access the Cl@ve PIN that you request when accessing a procedure. It also allows access to the procedures of the Cl@ve system.

has to be the worst application ever met. log in gives a asks for NIE number and then a second field asks for the NIE number again and it doesn't accept. edit I've since been told by the developers that this is the support number. Not all NIE (non-EU) have one and there is no option to advance in this case.

this app is the mostly badly setup app , I have been trying to set it my account , after I put my dni number I and put in my validez date it's still didn't work . and I have been trying for days now

I wish I could give a negative star rating, I wasted days trying to get it up and running, I don't know who created it but they need to get some education in ux design. This pile of garbage wasn't up to the task no matter what I tried it wouldn't work, I ended up going to get a FNMT certificate in person as with this app there was no hope. You would think it's in the government's interest to incentivise people to pay tax, well good luck with this app there is no hope you will ever get there...
