They claim the app is not updated, so the price they give you in the app is different from what the driver charges you. Then they called the base spoke to them and they said the price was different from what the driver and the app said. Then the lady at the base is gonna say "it's only a few dollars more". Never using this car service again, they're not professional and doesn't have their business setup correctly with their app service.

Classic Cabs have been around for years and the service is pretty good except for be very careful of some drivers because some try to be Slick and over charge you. I advise you when you call the base to ask them how much it is to & from your destination and when the driver overcharges you, You already know. Also, some are overcharging kids , its happened to mine when he was 14 several times and he called me while I was on the speaker and I had 2 tell the driver, my son will only pay the real amt
