Used the app to charge my car once while staying at a hotel. My credit card, however, was charged two times. Once you have created an account, you cannot delete it through the app, instead you need to interact with the customer service through e-mail. Why?

Stayed in a hotel that had Clever charging stations. Downloaded the app and tried the charge by app. It took the downpayment but didn't start to charge. Tried this multiple times, took my money but didn't start charging. Hope I get my money back. The one star is for the instructions which sounded good and helpful with unfimiliar charger. If only it started charging...
