Overall, great experience. I've been using it between a year and two years. Easy to pickup and easy to master. A lot of supported customizations as well. It supports freelancers, individuals, and companies. There is also parsing for departments too. They have a lot of integrations with support a lot of operating systems and devices. The Jira + Clockify can be a game changer for some organizations. Free to try for up to teams of 5. This is a great tool. I've rarely run into bugs.

Updated my review, as the team was able to solve the problem and I have access to my account again. It used to work ok (not perfect), but lately I've been getting a message about an invite to a workspace that's clearly a scam. I got a quick response from the help team but they didn't really solve anything. I can't access my account anymore.

It's extremely annoying that I can't even name my own employees in the app, especially when I pay for their licenses. Clockify says it's a "security" issue if they let me put a name on an account, which is of course ridiculous. While the employees can do it themselves, most don't or can't figure it out. Looking for a new timekeeping app, not renewing this one.
