Updated my review, as the team was able to solve the problem and I have access to my account again. It used to work ok (not perfect), but lately I've been getting a message about an invite to a workspace that's clearly a scam. I got a quick response from the help team but they didn't really solve anything. I can't access my account anymore.

Mostly works fine. Had a recent issue where uploaded expense photos did not save which defeats the purpose of the app. Turns out it was a known issue and there was zero communication to customers. Update: After deleting/reinstalling the app, it appears to me working. I was not able to recover expense documentation.

It's extremely annoying that I can't even name my own employees in the app, especially when I pay for their licenses. Clockify says it's a "security" issue if they let me put a name on an account, which is of course ridiculous. While the employees can do it themselves, most don't or can't figure it out. Looking for a new timekeeping app, not renewing this one.
