Ratings and reviews

After going back and forth with this company sending the purchase receipt in multiple emails and redownloading the app, they have stopped communication. It's pretty obvious their replies are automated as they keep asking for the purchase receipt (check out the reply to this review). Garbage ethics for a company to just take your money then drop your account. Money is an issue for some people who are students trying to learn on their own dime. There are many reviews similar to mine

I paid for the PythonX lifetime subscription in the past, but now that app is no longer working. The developers ignored my requests for a refund or access to it here. If you buy lifetime subscription, there is no guarantee and you might lose access to the app.

The courses are indeed great, but after I updated the application, it closes most of the time after five to ten minutes of using it, causing me to open the application multiple times before the completion of a module in a course. Thank you for making this great application but please work on this defect which is making the use of the application tedious and tiring. Sorry, but my application is not working.
