Ratings and reviews

The mutual funds info is not sufficient at all. When we open a fund details, it only shows the graph but does not show the returns percentage. When we change the tenure of the graph also it does not show the returns according to the tenure. In the discover area, when funds are listed to select, there is no returns percentage along with the funds, how do you think anyone can select a fund to go for further details. PaytmMoney is much better for mutual funds provides better information to select.

I have been trying to open an NRI account and have completed all the formalities that were asked. However, every time I speak with customer service, I am told about certain required documents, and once I submit them, I am asked for additional documents that were never mentioned before. I’ve been trying to get this done since 2024, but I still haven’t been able to complete the process. It’s been really frustrating, and I feel like I’m running around in circles. i can pay somone to do the process.

Non timely executions to MF investments. They would take their own sweet time and keep sitting on your funds. The first thing the user experiences is investment experience. they have not yet got it right. Update: this is happening consistently and they take 2-3 days to execute and assign a higher NAV as per their wish. Paid at 9 am which is well before 3 pm cut off time, then too they have mentioned next day NAV which is 1% higher. So, please don't try to save your money using this app.
