Bewertungen und Rezensionen

Katastrophale App. Kann man nicht mehr nutzen, vor allem im Wechsel zwischen Advanced/Base. Performance, insbesondere im Spot-trading inakzeptabel. Abstürze mit Pflicht zur Cache-Löschung sind täglich notwendig. Verifizierung in der App für Browsertätigkeiten nicht möglich, Fehler ohne Erklärung.

Ich kann seit etwa einem Monat nicht mehr auf meine Krypto zugreifen geschweige denn traden. Nicht eine Seite lädt mehr bis auf Werbung für irgendeine Petition. Ich hab auf Updates gehofft aber es passiert nichts. Bekommt das in den Griff. Die App war mal gut.

Jahrelang war ich Coinbase Kunde. In der Anfangszeit war Coinbase recht gut, doch mittlerweile absolut, nicht mehr Empfehlenswert. Der Support Hilft einen nur bedingt, wenn man ein Problem hat und deswegen 4 Tage immer wieder beim Support anruft,und dabei sogar seine Fallnummer sagt, darf immer und immer wieder warten. Zudem bin ich seit vielen Jahren in der Schweiz Ansässig, bekomme aber ständige Aufforderungen meine Konten mit der Tink App zu verknüpfen, die es aber nur in Deutschland gibt! 👎
