Terrible app and customer service. The app crashes everytime we go to purchase, or it shows a message that something went wrong. Already verified with my bank it's not on their side. I've reached out to customer service x4 which is a voicemail box only and have never received a call back. Bybye app! Update: How is it possible to have a ticket number if your company won't even reach out to me and respond? Doesn't matter anyway I'm using a different app/company that works quite well.

Hands-down the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with, EVER. Sends out two micro-transactions to verify my card, and I enter the amounts into the fields, but it says it can't add my card and won't reverse the transactions, either. There's not enough space here to write about all the shady "idiosyncrasies" of this app. So frustrated with it. Good luck

The app itself is decent but my debit card gets declined so I have to buy with cash at the kiosks. The app tells me which locations I can do this at but problem is when I get there some of them don't accept cash like it says. Very frustrating. Also the spread is very high now at 17%. It used to be about 10% ($500 for $450 in coin which was very fair, now I get closer to $400). It just kept going up and up so I started buying at other places to get a better rate.
