4/4/23- fix the app! Not working again on laptop and phone. 2/11/23 Update. App was fixed and now isn't working again. Worked fine until my Android system upd.. Crashes within seconds of opening. Reinstalled Restarted phone. Crashes.... Sent a message to customer support a week ago. No response. A service through Costco. Will complain to Costco and see if that works.

As mentioned by other reviewers, this app is completely useless when I'm trying to actually use it in a place where I need it. It has worked some time back at home, but now it keeps crashing when I'm trying to use it in a public WiFi location with at least 10 Mbps connectivity.

Constantly hangs my phone, says it's offline. Have to reboot phone almost everyday. Today, won't let me access the internet...keeps saying server error. Very unstable, starting to become unusable. So disappointing.
