In the itinerary, the departure and arrival time is not mentioned. The timing is visible only on the final page after filling all the details (just before the payment). The timing should be mentioned along with the itinerary for a well informed decision.

App doesn't work while adding guest details. Then while adding shore excursions on click of add it kept refreshing the page without doing anything. And if they get your number they are only interested in new cruise bookings and don't care about resolving your problems. If your customer support number is not gonna help then just cut that out. Got call from their representative and when he heard I have already booked then he just told me to send email to info@.. What is the use of your support num

Initially, they showed me different cabin prices, but later charged me a higher rate based on the cabin type (excluding taxes and fuel charges). When I emailed them, they inquired why I booked through the app instead of calling them first. Consequently, according to their own customer support, this app can potentially scam you.
