CountStock™ is stocktaking software. It was developed to simplify the entire stock take process and runs on Windows and Android devices
For most organizations physical inventory and stock verification or stocktaking is a time consuming laborious and often inaccurate exercise. CountStock™ is a cost effective, simple, highly configurable, feature rich, cross platform solution compatible with most accounting and ERP Systems. If the system you are using can export or import CSV Files CountStock™ will add value to your organization.
CountStock™ can leverage the use of existing hardware platforms such as computers, laptops and android cellular phones. There is no need to purchase expensive complicated hand held data collection devices.
Stock and inventory verification can be done on multiple devices at the same time and then consolidated for export to your accounting or ERP system. CountStock™ allows for multiple stock counts and stock takes to take place simultaneously and then verified, edited or consolidated before export.
CountStock™ uses import and export Templates which are setup once-off. These templates are then used to import from and export to your Accounting or ERP system. This makes integration between CountStock™ and your Accounting or ERP system simple and painless.
