The Crunch Mobile app has been redesigned to focus on the needs of our members who are on-the-go. Find a gym, manage favorites, send a friend a guest pass, reserve and cancel classes plus book your bike. It’s just that simple.

Love the gym but the app needs some attention. use the barcode to check into the gym. doesn't register on the app that I did so. create workouts. created three different ones. go back in the app. only one shows. log workouts. sometimes they save. sometimes they don't and even when they do save they don't save all of the exercises that I put into it and saved before getting out of the app. again love the gym. logging in with the app is easy. it would be nice if it actually kept track of it.

This app literally does nothing. Can't sign in. Can't reset password. Keeps saying there's technical difficulties. I've had this app for a month and check it routinely to see if it's fixed. It's never going to get fixed. Because the people who made it clearly don't care. That's the only explanation. How else can most reviews just be about technical issues and the last update still being 4 months ago? Just fix it already.

The app is very slow to open so I decided to use a feature supplied by the app to add my scan-in bar code to my Google wallet to avoid having to use the app as much as possible. I found out today when trying to check in at the gym through Google wallet that their system can't find me to check in. I was told I need to check in through the bar code on the crunch app which is not very convenient.
