It's a LIABILITY!! The Android version repeatedly (throughout the day) disconnects WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION; leaving you to carry on browsing, blissfully unaware that you aren't protected. I can't trust this app at all. It's been like this from day one and occurs on both an old phone and a brand new tablet. I've got 15 months left on a two year subscription but am now forced to spend more £££ on a VPN that actually functions. I don't normally review apps but Cyberghost is so bad, I had to.

I have Android version 9 phone and for a number of months could not use this VPN. The software reported a connection error and would not run. However, yesterday, after I had posted a one-star review, it started to work! I have therefore replaced my earlier review with this uncertain three-star review. Who knows. Maybe I'll raise it further in a week's time, if all is still well. Good news - It works well on my Windows computer.

Edit: my last review was low due to initial issues I was having but they seem to have been sorted without having to contact customer service. Ever since then the service has been flawless and I don't appear to be losing connection speed even with it on. I want to apologise for my previous review even though it was due to the fact that I had paid for the service and was unable to use it at first!
