My SWC-338 looses the connection, even though I allowed the app to run in the background without restrictions. Because of that I have a lot of missing data, since not all of the data from the watch seems to be getting send to the app after reconnecting. I don't have any sleep data for a lot of days and my heart rate has a lot of holes, since the data after the reconnect seems to be read wrong. The app seams to displays the data from a few hours as data from the point of the reconnect.

Theoretically, watches can record historical data. May I ask what the name and information of your watch device are? Let me help you look them up.

I’m using this app with the smart device model BFH-19. I've noticed two issues: 1. STEP COUNT RESET: The step count does not reset automatically each day and has to be reset manually. If not reset, it continues counting from the previous day’s total. 2. TREADMILL DISTANCE MISMATCH: When walking or running on a treadmill, the distance recorded by the smart device does not match the treadmill reading. For example, after covering 1.5 km on the treadmill, the device only shows 1 km.

My SW-165 has an issue where my smartwatch can easily swipe to open the message directly, get struck there for a minute, and then everything will reset to factory in seconds, losing all my progress and custom dial switch. Made worse when I tried to update firmware of my smartwatch and it only said it's up-to-date so I cannot update my smartwatch's firmware.
