I'm not sure why they would need my phone number. I can understand requirimg my email address and physical address. I attempted to create an account, and I have not received any SMS with a code. Something about their system seems very wrong and I feel as though I just gave away my personal information with nothing in return. I assume the app works well for guests or valid users who get their SMS messages. Without being able to register an account, I don't even care about trying their features

Tracking codes don't work in the app. I have gotten many that start with DHL thrn get transfered to USPS for final delivery. It seems to be a different kind of tracking number. Either way... these tracking codes NEVER work. They always say that it is not a valid tracking number. But it is, cause when I click the link in my email, it goes to the DHL website and works. So frustrating. What's the point t of the app.

I've never used DHL before, but having a package on its way from China, I downloaded the app to track. The fact that their tracking system (in the app) doesn't seem to know how timezones work, and gives status updates that ping between China and the continental US because the times "look" chronological, doesn't bode well. C'mon guys, timezones are not that complicated
