Ratings and reviews

It is April now, same problem. 1 star because you haven't fixed the issue in 9 months! This is running VERY slow on my android. 5 seconds of time takes 5 minutes to view. I did the update. No help. I Uninstalled and reinstalled. No help. I logged out, logged in. No help. Restarted my phone. No help. Alarm company reset our server computer. No help. Works good on computer, not my android. There is nothing else I can do on my end. Please fix, I need access to our business cameras!

7/18/25 : In v. 25...356 the video glitches when viewing any camera, when you send the app to the background for a few minutes and then you come back it gets stuck. I have the same phone and updated dw 2 days ago and the old version did not do that.

This app won't launch without first going into Apps and doing a force stop. Then the app will open. Tech support was contacted and they don't recognize this as a problem since they can't duplicate the problem.

• Playback can now switch from hardware to software decoding in case of a hardware decoder failure (“Enable software decoder fallback”).
