the last update made it impossible for me to log in with my fingerprint. it keeps asking me to type password which makes it inconvenient when I want to perform a transaction in a public space. tried to set the biometric on through the setting as the popup message instructed but to no avail. frustrated. also, the last two updates made it impossible for me to log in without reactivation. it makes me lose the access to the apps when I'm overseas with no access to my Indonesian registered number.

Cannot register login with biometric, cannot view credit card transaction, overall buggy. Is there any QC before releasing the app? The previous app was alright and replaced by this bug-filled mess. Please fire and get better developers. If the dev read this, you should be embarrassed to have such software released on your watch and doing, highly incompetent, a total nincompoop. A banking app should be the most tested software in and out cause it's dealing with security and people's trust.

Video banking verification doesn't work, the CS always mention there's double voice, but after connect my phone to headset, the sound still comes out via the speaker and make it double voice, and I already test using other apps, can hear through the headset clearly.
