The app has a great concept and is very helpful for the public, but there is a major issue. When trying to upload the required documents for profile, an error appears saying: 'Please select all documents', even though all documents have already been selected. Kindly fix this validation error as soon as possible so that users can benefit from the app without inconvenience.

I applied for a license through this app over 5 months ago, and there has been no update or progress since then. The service is extremely slow and unresponsive. There’s no way to check the status or contact support efficiently. Very disappointing experience for a public service platform. This kind of delay defeats the whole purpose of a digital service.

The app crashes every time I try to sign up. I fill in all the required details and tap 'Sign Up', but it immediately stops and shows 'Dastak has stopped'. Tried reinstalling and clearing cache, but the issue remains. This app is important for KPK citizens, but it's currently unusable. Please fix this issue urgently. Thank you.
