I have been using digilocker since long time. It was all good until I updated the app. It did not work after the update even after clearing cache and data. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it says that it cannot be installed on my device. I am running Android 9 in my phone. I tested it on Android 10, it is found working. All my apps are supported on Android 9. Why such an important app stopped working on Android 9. Tried to raise complaint. Not allowed. It said - Android 9:no support

Even if you've saved documents offline, you can't access them without signing in again, which defeats the purpose of the offline feature.
