I have noticed a bunch of times I don't get notifications until too late from the app. later I check and see there are routes but I heard no notification. Maybe it's my phone but I dunno. Also it's been almost a week and I didn't see a single route available. Sometimes I have to log out then log back in and I then see routes that were not there originally too

CANNOT SIGN INTO APP. Email & Password is correct. Error message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this application AGAIN CAN'T GRAB TRIPS. New app is JUNK!!! I'm down to the *last second* and can't get the trip. This is RIDICULOUS!! Those with the clicker need to be removed and banned from the platform. Should only support ONE PHONE at a time. Period!! There are too many drivers, not enough trips to go around. This is just not cutting it anymore There has to be a better way.

Signed up a month ago but told there was a hold on driver assignments. Just tried to sign in again to check but it says my credentials are wrong so I tried to reset my password but then it says my email is not in the system. So then I tried to sign up again from scratch and then it says my email is already in the system. This is after I tried updating the app. Get your $hit together guys!
