I have noticed a bunch of times I don't get notifications until too late from the app. later I check and see there are routes but I heard no notification. Maybe it's my phone but I dunno. Also it's been almost a week and I didn't see a single route available. Sometimes I have to log out then log back in and I then see routes that were not there originally too

What's going on? I installed the app, filled out and agreed to all their terms, and submitted the background check 6 - 7 times. Every time I would see 3 green check arrows but the "submit" button never lights up. I waited minutes, hours, and days but the button stayed gray. Unfortunately, I will have to uninstall and find a side job elsewhere.

CANNOT SIGN INTO APP. Email & Password is correct. Error message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this application AGAIN CAN'T GRAB TRIPS. New app is JUNK!!! I'm down to the *last second* and can't get the trip. This is RIDICULOUS!! Those with the clicker need to be removed and banned from the platform. Should only support ONE PHONE at a time. Period!! There are too many drivers, not enough trips to go around. This is just not cutting it anymore There has to be a better way.
