Ratings and reviews

if you wish to be cheated in broad daylight (pun unintended, as we mostly use DriveU during night), opt for it. they change the trip from one way to round trip, cancel at add hours with no information, extract extra money from you, don't provide any resolution, the drivers come drunk, and many more issues. But you won't know till you try, so good luck using Drive U services :-)

Not reliable and safe! the app comes with zero guarantee that you are assured of good service. My booking on a busy night was not completed despite confirmations. Over to it, they have pathetic customer handling and zero concern towards customer plight. Please try taking an Uber and park your car somewhere safe.

It's a much needed service to be able to book a driver. But unfortunately DriveU is not able to provide enough drivers on the platform and even if they do provide, it's unreliable, either the booking gets cancelled or the driver is perpetually late. Once in a while if the driver does turn up on time and is well trained, it's a delight!
