How it works
Anyone can quickly identify what drones are flying in the sky nearby. Direct Remote ID is a feature that transmits live flight data via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to the surrounding area. Drone manufacturers use various technologies to build an identification feature in new drones. Pilots of older drones are using add-on devices, enabling them to become digitally visible. With hardware on your smartphone, Drone Scanner can receive and read broadcasted data.

Downloaded..turned on my drone tracking device .ran the app. Gave blue tooth and wifi permissions.running android on Google 8pro . The app immediately showed my location and my device location as well as my registration serial number works like a charm..no issues. Thank you for a simple bit effective tracking app..if my plane should run away I have a pretty good shot of finding it ..

Worthless app. Says it can't scan because location was not granted, even though location is explicitly granted, and is turned on. Says it can't do Bluetooth scan because access was not granted. Again, access was granted and Bluetooth is turned on. Uninstalling and waiting for someone else to develop an app that works. Update: I specifically noted that I granted all necessary permissions, and the developer responded that it asks for permissions. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Really Good and easy to use application. I could found most of the drones informations. Is a really good application to find out who is flying over your home, or following u. Why i gave 4 stars? Because of the.limited range. I had to get close to the drone for the app to find it. And another thing, FOR ME, didn't update in real time the course of the drone on the map. The drone was landed and the app was saying that it was still in flight. I had close the app and relaunch it in order to update.
