The app functions just fine and is useful. I don't like a few of the exercises (mainly the radio call-in show and the "game" where you move the character), and the tones that the characters use is more distracting than helpful. The 1 star is because there are way too many ads. I get that the ads help fund, and I'm fine with those ads. The ones that are unnecessary are the self promo ads for the paid version and family version. Loud and long.

Missing some key features that'd take the learning experience to the next level. There's a vocabulary list but you can't do anything with it, you should be able to search through it with ease by typing, convert them into categorized lists, or even flashcards. The type of activities you do (at least for the first few levels) are not diverse enough and become boring. Depending on the language you study, they don't get you typing or speaking in the language till much later on which is half the fun.

It was great, if you have the free version you'd get ads which is understandable and necessary, but the app was almost the same as for someone who paid for Super. Now you started removing features, including the amazing Practice for hearts, great for doing lessons without fear for mistakes. I'm not on Super and now I'm restricting the lessons I do because I don't want to be perpetually without hearts and not be able to complete a lesson for running out, thanks to this purely business decision.
