Ive been using their 28 day package till recently. Now they make it impossible to top up your card without app. Its only on German. App and site are not intuitive. I somehow managed to top up card only to find out that event thus it says my 28 package is active they basically used my 15 eur to cover call and data to some expensive tariff. I wanted to top up again, but now, new feature they only support continuous top up! So you will take as much money from me as you want??? NO!You lose customer!

This is a really bad app. Since ever. You are now required to use a 12 char password and the smart login (biometrics) does not work. Auto recharge somehow does not work and I can't add it again, because it is already enabled and I also can't remove it. You are constantly logged out and have to insert the 12 char password again. If you're lucky you can log in again. Topping up via PayPal is happening in a browser within the app and given the other problems of the app I don't really trust them

Not bad as a second flexible eSIM, but the service could be improved a lot. Why does switching the plan not happen instantly, you'd think that should be possible in 2025. Also why is it not possible to just re-start a plan if the data has been used up - essentially paying the same price again to get the same data again (also restarting the 30 day period ofc)? Instead I have to switch the plan back and forth to get more data within the same month, which is just tedious.
