Check data usage & costs:
Keep track of things in real time. If your data volume is used up, you can simply book a DayFlat or SpeedOn pass.

Top up prepaid tariff:
Use MeinMagenta to check your prepaid balance and remaining minutes and SMS allotments at any time. You have three convenient options for topping up: immediate top-up, the top-up code and automatic top-up.

View invoices:
With MeinMagenta you have access to your monthly bills. See at a glance what has been paid or credited and whether your account is currently balanced.

Set up devices in the fixed network:
Connect your WiFi router and your MagentaTV devices and keep your landline connection up to date. With the home network check, you can analyze your WiFi and receive recommendations for optimization.

Magenta Moments:
As a thank you for being our customer, we will surprise you with unique gifts and benefits. You can find these regularly in the "Moments" area with the heart symbol.

Digital Assistant - Ask Magenta:
Our digital assistant answers your questions about the contract, invoice, order or a fault around the clock and without any waiting time.

Help and Service:
With MeinMagenta you can solve common issues yourself in no time at all. Clear help categories, solution wizards and a convenient full-text search will help you.

I'm a new customer with Telekom and I'm unable to add my contract to the app. The "Add a service" button, which seems to be the button I'm supposed to use, leads to a blank screen. Everything I need to know is (presumably) available on the website as well, but the app as it is right now is simply unusable. When the time comes for me to renew my contract, this poor app experience could be a deciding factor in whether I stay with Telekom or not.

I can not believe how bad this app is. Suuper bulky and slow, barely any features, just redirection to an online interface (which has been poor for years, cant even unsubsricbe from newsletters without a hassle). Unless, of course, you wanna upgrade and pay more money. Those features work. Telekom feels like a lazy giant to me, not putting a lot of effort into its interfaces.

Catastrophic, not user-friendly at all, no possibility to change the subscription to higher data volume or even update it to the current version, so I'm stuck with paying the regular price for lesser value. On top, I get notifications with "special offers" that never show up in the app when I click on it
