I'm a new customer with Telekom and I'm unable to add my contract to the app. The "Add a service" button, which seems to be the button I'm supposed to use, leads to a blank screen. Everything I need to know is (presumably) available on the website as well, but the app as it is right now is simply unusable. When the time comes for me to renew my contract, this poor app experience could be a deciding factor in whether I stay with Telekom or not.

The app is nice and user-friendly, but the most annoying thing is that I can't use the app without downloading the latest updates. When I need to quickly check the status of my account, how much data I have and so on, and the new updates are available at the same time, there's no option to open the app first and update it later. I have to spend my data for a useless update or to look for wi-fi for this purpose, only after that I can check my account. Please create this option.

Thank you for your feedback. Currently, there are no plans to allow use without updating the app when an update is available. Alternatively, please open pass.telekom.de in your browser to view your data volume. Best regards, ^Jasmin

I’m using a prepaid plan, and the Android app still feels incomplete. Some features display placeholders like “Current Data” instead of actual information, and several sections are not fully translated. A few menu items require a customer number, but it’s unclear where to find it. I followed the instructions, but I don’t have any of the documents or options they mention. Overall, the experience is confusing and needs improvement.
