Ratings and reviews

Let's be frank. The higher interest rates are the only reason you have an esaf account. The app is mediocre at best as are the services. Sometimes it takes a few attempts to get re-registered after reinstalling app for example. Connection is never 'secure' according to the app blocking login despite following all steps. Update: July 2025- still mediocre at best.

The banking facility is good. However, the disappointment is only with the Banking Application. The application has to be more user friendly and many more add-ons to be added to the application. The other competitors are upgrading the application with many more facilities and here I see there is a lot of room for improvement. Please consider upgrading for the benefits of your customers.

App is very bad. You have to enter your details multiple times for doing a single process. The management must take clues from other bank's to see how they have designed their app which works flawlessly.
