Ratings and reviews

I cannot download my tickets through the APP because it tells me that my device is jailbroken which it definitely isn't. And I didn't ask for the app the first place, I thought I would receive my tickets by email. This is the worst website (Hammersmith Apollo) that I have ever tried to book anything but it's not possible to submit my review with no stars so I have reluctantly given it one star. And now I don't know how to get my tickets

awfull cant sign in sends me to a blank screen .and if i am lucky to get signed in doesnt go anywhere i cant get to my tickets

Misleading resale options. Avoid if you value flexibility or basic transparency. Bought a ticket I couldn't use in the end for reasons beyond my control, but resale via fan sale wasn't actually allowed despite suggestions it would be. No sell/transfer button in app, barcode didn't work on fanSALE, and support just redirected me to Twickets -which also didn't work with these ticket types. no way to know this before buying. Poor UX, unclear policies, and no flexibility. Won't use Eventim again.
