Awful app experience. On 2 different occasions I buy tickets and I have gotten errors and the ticket buy was cancelled or doubled and then I buy a different ticket after Support tells me that the order was cancelled and suddenly later I get notified it worked and I am sitting on double tickets. This happened 2 times out of 3 times I bought Tickets through Eventim. Absolutely not recommending Eventim in general. Better buy directly at the Locations or use a different app/site.

Awfully complicated to share tickets with other people if you are going with a group. This is super easy in Ticketmaster or Football clubs. I am definetely less likely to buy tickets via Eventim.

I purchased tickets for Ubbi Dubbi through the Ubbi Dubbi website, and the tickets never show up in the Eventim app. When I log in, it doesn't show any of my past events. When I searched for Ubbi Dubbi 2026, it didn't even show the event. **you could've responded in English**
