Was able to access the QR codes for the gig tickets with no problems. these were uploaded on the morning of the concert and had no problems accessing them to get through the turnstiles despite there obviously being thousands of people in the vicinity (Metallica, Berlin Olympiastadium). Comms is good, I had a couple of emails about what and what not to take to the venue which was translated by Google. I much prefer to use this app and travel than line the pockets of Ticketmaster in the UK.

I can't access the e ticket for digital wallet. Its showing the tickets as individual tickets but on one sheet. I can't select a ticket to share or to view individually. I'll have to print the tickets and cut them individually,smh!

Awful app experience. On 2 different occasions I buy tickets and I have gotten errors and the ticket buy was cancelled or doubled and then I buy a different ticket after Support tells me that the order was cancelled and suddenly later I get notified it worked and I am sitting on double tickets. This happened 2 times out of 3 times I bought Tickets through Eventim. Absolutely not recommending Eventim in general. Better buy directly at the Locations or use a different app/site.
